Lizbeth Meredith is a multi-award-winning author, professional speaker, and college instructor whose indie memoir, Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters became the TV movie, Stolen By Their Father. The author of three books and numerous essays and contributor to four anthologies, Lizbeth works to tame trauma and increase resilience using story. Lizbeth has appeared in Woman’s Day, The New York Times, Alaska Magazine, and on A&E.
After three decades of working in the justice system with survivors and offenders of crime in Alaska, Lizbeth now is the host of Persistence U Podcast and currently located in East Tennessee. A solo traveler to six of the seven continents, Lizbeth enjoys walking, reading, movies, and Facetiming with her adult daughters and grandpets.
Lizbeth holds a degree in journalism and a graduate degree in psychology.
