*
Trauma can create lasting debilitating physical and emotional harm.
*Some people are falsely diagnosed with epilepsy actually have PNES  (Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures).
*EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a highly effective way to alleviate stress regarding traumatic memories.

BIO:  After 11 years of debilitating seizures and changing diagnoses, Mary Held finally discovered Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  She had been suffering from complex PTSD. Her goal now is to tell as many women as possible about the physical effects of PTSD and how EMDR can help all who suffer from PTSD.
